Quality Control
Process Control
To ensure high-quality and high-precision parts, we have a comprehensive and complete quality control process and a full set of measurement equipment. From the incoming materials to the final shipment, we strictly control every step of the process to ensure that all production processes fully meet the requirements of our customers. Throughout the manufacturing process, all products will undergo the following inspections:
Raw Material Inspection
To ensure the authenticity of the materials, all the materials will be tested and recorded before production.

During The Production Process Inspection
Each production process will undergo first article inspection (FAL), and it will be confirmed and verified by the QC manager and the engineering department.

Inspection Upon Entry Into Storage
When products are stored in the warehouse, they must undergo inspection and acceptance. Only the goods that have passed the acceptance can be stored in the warehouse for safekeeping.

Shipping Inspection
Before shipment, a re-inspection is conducted and the results are recorded. A shipping report is attached to the goods. Only qualified products will be released for shipment.

Product Testing Equipment
Three-dimensional measuring instrument

Two-dimensional measuring instrument
The two-dimensional measuring instrument is used to measure the dimensions of products and molds, and can also be used to measure the shape and position tolerances of the measured elements, such as position accuracy, concentricity, straightness, profile accuracy, roundness, and dimensions related to the reference, etc. The two-dimensional measuring instrument is mainly used for measuring the dimensions and angles of important components that are difficult or impossible to measure with calipers or angle rulers, and is widely used in various different precision industries.
Salt Spray Testing Machine
A salt spray testing machine generally refers to a salt spray corrosion test chamber. The salt spray corrosion test chamber assesses the ability of materials and their protective layers to resist salt spray corrosion, as well as the quality comparison of similar protective layers. It can also evaluate the salt spray corrosion resistance of certain products. This instrument is suitable for salt spray corrosion tests of components, electronic components, metal materials' protective layers, and industrial products.
Other testing equipment
In addition, we also have a set of highly accurate measuring instruments, projectors, micrometers, calipers, hardness testers, as well as a variety of thread gauge sets and ring gauges. Combined with our internal quality control system, these equipment ensure the quality and stability of the products.
